Preparing healthy snacks can be really quick and easy, so instead of opening another package of chips let’s look at what we have in the fridge. We suggest how to make delicious snacks that you will enjoy eating while watching a movie or spending time with friends

Guacamole and raw vegetables

Avocado paste is a real delicacy for those who like Mexican cuisine. It is really made in no time and the key is to season it properly with spices and lemon juice. What we will need

  • 2 ripe avocados,
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of savory,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • teaspoon of sugar,
  • parsley for sprinkling,
  • raw vegetables cut into posts: carrots, celery, kohlrabi, peppers, celery

Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Remove the avocado flesh with a spoon and place in a blender or mash thoroughly with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Remove the guacamole to a plate and serve with the vegetables cut into posts

Kale chips

Everyone likes to eat something crunchy, slightly spicy and, above all, tasty while watching a film. Kale chips are perfect for this occasion. It is also a great addition to many dishes. What to have in your kitchen:

  • a package of kale,
  • olive oil,
  • spices to taste.

Fire up the oven to 190 degrees and get to preparing. The recipe is trivial! Wash the kale leaves, tear off the stems, place the whole thing in a large bowl. Pour olive oil over the kale, then season with your favorite blend of herbs. Mix well, and then put it on a baking tray with baking paper. Place in the preheated oven and bake on the top shelf for literally 10 minutes
