Fall 2021 is fast approaching. Fashion week is still ahead of us, but we already know what make-up trends will be dominating this year. Here are some make-up styles that will delight any fan of minimalism.

Less is more – fall 2020/2021 make-up trends

Fresh looks and natural eyebrows contrast with strong accents. Dark eyeliner and a smoky eye are definitely for the bold. We focus on the minimalistic version. Here is a list of trends for the coming fall.

Fresh, naked complexion

Opaque foundation has been a thing of the past for some time now. Little by little, we have reached a completely bare complexion. Without any foundation. Only a good moisturizer and a light concealer are applied on the face and only in spots.

So far, it was in the summer that the face had a chance to rest from makeup. Nowadays, even in autumn and winter you can completely dispense with heavy foundations. To give the complexion a light glow, it is enough to sprinkle it with a fine highlighter. Such a look can be seen in the campaigns of Boss, Gucci, Isabel Marant and Balmain.

Accent color – red lips

Red lipstick is back in a big way this season. It is a very characteristic accent, which should be combined with a very delicately emphasized eye and complexion. Not everyone likes the typical blood color, but rest assured. We can choose from saturated shades of scarlet, orange red and subdued maroon. There is something for everyone

We find both sensual versions in a moist finish and mattes that optically enlarge the lips.

Eyebrows au naturel

Eyebrows have been playing a major role in make-up for some time now. They are expressive and often combed upwards. It’s still the most coveted look. The only difference is the lack of combing. Leave your eyebrows in their natural look – it’s trendy now! Which fashion houses are already using this trend? Rochas, Carolina Herrera and Victoria Beckham among others!

Coloured eyeliner

Coloured eyeliner is more commonly associated with summer, but this year we can also expect it in autumn. According to designers and trendsetters, purple, pink and blue eyeliners will enliven autumn styles. We say YES to such accents! Coloured eyeliners go best with lightly glowing skin and well-trimmed eyelashes.

Soft pink

It-girls all over the world love roses. This season it is best to buy those in shades of light pink and peach. They will beautifully emphasize slightly tanned skin after summer. They will additionally enliven your face. But remember to keep it in moderation. The effect of blush should be natural. Apply a light blush on moisturized skin and delicately accentuate everything with a highlighter. Such makeup could be seen, among others, in Dior’s campaign.
